T-5 and Counting...

Very short post today since nothing's changed since yesterday other than the fact that I actually do feel like I am on leave now. I have noticed a definite decrease in my stress level because I finally do feel like I have enough time to get all that stuff I need to do done!

I was able to call the highway patrol and set up an appointment to get the sprout's car seat correctly installed. That is for noon tomorrow and is the most important thing I had on my list of things to get done before he comes...obviously! So, in a little more than 24 hours that will be taken care of and I will feel yet another wave of relief. :)

Other than that, I am hoping to treat myself to an afternoon siesta today and I plan to get out there and walk (or should I say waddle) to encourage our little sprout to move toward the exit. Speaking of waddling, there is one good thing about it, I get to say "Quack, quack, waddle, waddle" as I go and it amuses me. I sure did enjoy that McD's commercial back in the day...
