Surgery Day
So Mark has surgery today. He'll be going in around 11:20 a.m. The doctor plans to remove some fibrous material that has grown in his eye which is obstructing the view of the retina. As part of the surgery, he'll have a look to make sure that Mark's retina is doing okay. If so, he'll patch him up and we'll soon be on our way. If not, the doctor will make repairs and then we'll be back to the same ol' same ol' face down sentence.
We'll give you an update on how things went soon. Until then, please keep Mark in your prayers.

I'm planning to post a little "update" tomorrow after we visit his surgeon for a post op. So far, I think the results were positive. We're in the "wait and see" part now.
I sure wish these things were more cut and dry...
