No More Demon Eyes

As you know, I typically don't use our blog for recommending products. Today, however, I'm making an exception as I have to tell you all about a great product I've discovered for removing red eye from photos called Stop Red Eye.

For those of you who aren't aware, Nick has aniridia and so his pupils are dilated at all times and a lot of the shots I take with our digital camera have red eyes. Some of these pictures are just cute as can be were it not for the red eyes which is why I turned to Paint Shop. Since it didn't go so well, I searched in Google for a solution to fix red eyes easily.

An ad for Stop Red Eye came up and I decided since they had a free demo, I'd give it a try. I was very pleased with how the program worked. With the click of the mouse (and that one click fixed all the shots in an entire windows folder!) the demonic looking red eyes were corrected and staring back at me was my darling baby boy!

I should mention that the program doesn't fix all photos, but usually the photos that aren't fixed are ones where Nicholas wasn't looking directly into the camera. This is consistent with what the website says the product works for so I'm cool with it.
