T-8: My First Mommy's Day!
Happy Mother's Day to all you mommies and mommies-to-be today! I hope yours is as pleasant as mine has been so far.
Mark is a real sweetie (as you no doubt already know) and found a few little somethings to make my first Mother's Day a special one. Here' a little picture:
Each of these little butterflies is a magnet for our refrigerator. I love them! They're just so delicate and pretty. Apparently, Mark found them at his school's bookstore.
Unfortunately, I won't be seeing too much of Mark on this day since he is away studying for his big board exam which is next weekend! At least I have my little sprout to keep me company. :)
As for the little guy, no change from yesterday to report. My back is still really inflamed and so I am going to be taking it easy again today. I will probably need to make a trek to the grocery store, but otherwise, baby blankies, cooking, maybe some baking and reading will be the order of the day. I hope everyone else has a lovely day!

Happy Mom's day, MeLissa! In no time your little sprout will be here and able to give you lots of hugs and snuggles for a belated mom's day gift!
Are you cooking and freezing extra for post-baby nuttiness? My apologies if you mentioned that in an earlier blog... I always wished I'd done that!
Yes, Meankitty, and I have done my duty as Pixie's slave and stocked up on kitty food as well, though, I must go get her some kitty treats and litter still...
